These Terms form an agreement between you and Poase SRL for the use of the Shelfy app.

License
Poase SRL grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Shelfy on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense or use Shelfy for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Poase SRL.
Intellectual property
The Shelfy name, logo, design, illustrations and all related content are the property of Poase SRL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No warranty
Shelfy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Expiry reminders are an aid only — always check the product’s packaging and condition before use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poase SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Shelfy.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate these Terms. On termination you must stop using Shelfy and delete it from your devices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Poase SRL is registered.
